Job Description:
Solution Africa is launching a new Water Well Drilling Project in Congo and is seeking experienced professionals to join the team. The project focuses on sustainable water resource development through advanced drilling and mechanical operations. Selected candidates will be part of a multidisciplinary crew ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality well construction across multiple sites in Congo.

Site Manager - Water Well
Mechanic- (CD, RC, Waterwell)
RC, DD Driller
HOD Mechanical
Water Well Supervisor
Water Well Driller
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Oversee and execute water well drilling operations.
• Supervise drilling crew and ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Conduct maintenance and troubleshooting of drilling and mechanical systems.
• Manage logistics, scheduling, and field reporting.
• Support project targets and contribute to operational improvements.
Requirements:
• Relevant engineering or technical qualifications.
• Proven experience in water well drilling or related operations.
• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
• Valid medical and safety certifications.
• Proficiency in English or French communication.
