Key Responsibilities:
As per company standards, duties will include but are not limited to:
• Safe and efficient operation of the land drilling rig and assigned department
• Compliance with company safety policies and international oil & gas standards
• Supervision and coordination of drilling or maintenance crew
• Monitoring drilling operations, equipment performance, and safety procedures
• Accurate maintenance of daily reports, logs, and operational records
• Coordination with onshore management and technical support teams
Requirements:
• Relevant technical qualification or certification for the applied position
• Valid safety certifications (as applicable to oil & gas / drilling operations)
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Experience:
– Proven experience required for senior positions
– Freshers may apply for entry-level roles
• Previous experience on land rigs will be considered an advantage
• Willingness to work in remote locations in India
