Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support marine construction and infrastructure activities.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
- Coordinate daily site operations, planning, logistics, procurement, and project execution.
- Monitor project progress and prepare technical and operational reports.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and efficient project delivery.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Marine Construction and Infrastructure Projects.
- GCC experience is mandatory.
- Relevant engineering degree, diploma, or professional qualification depending on the position.
- Valid professional certifications applicable to the role.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of HSE procedures and international construction standards.
- HSE Officer position is open to Local Candidates only.
