Job Description:
Team Recruitment is currently seeking experienced offshore drilling personnel for upcoming drilling projects in the North Sea region. The roles are based on offshore drilling installations operating in challenging offshore conditions.
Successful candidates will join established drilling crews working on offshore rigs, supporting safe and efficient drilling operations. The positions offer rotational contracts, competitive remuneration, and the opportunity to work on high-standard offshore units within an experienced international team.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Supporting safe and efficient drilling operations in assigned position
• Operating and maintaining drilling equipment according to safety standards
• Assisting with rig floor activities, pipe handling, and deck operations
• Ensuring compliance with HSE policies and offshore safety procedures
• Reporting to senior drilling crew and participating in safety meetings and drills
Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Valid offshore medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Previous offshore experience in one of the listed positions
• Relevant technical qualifications for electrical/mechanical roles (where applicable)
