Job Description
We are currently hiring experienced Drilling Crew for 1500–2000 HP land rigs operating in Kuwait. The project involves onshore drilling operations under strict HSE and operational standards.
All positions are offered on a 28/28 rotation schedule. Candidates must have prior GCC experience, as familiarity with regional regulations and operational procedures is mandatory.
This opportunity is open only to Indian crew members as per employer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
As per company policy and position, duties may include but are not limited to:
• Supervising and executing drilling operations in a safe and efficient manner
• Maintaining and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical rig equipment
• Ensuring full compliance with HSE standards and company safety policies
• Coordinating with rig crew and reporting to senior management
• Conducting inspections, preventive maintenance, and safety drills
Requirements
• Valid STCW / relevant drilling and technical certifications
• Valid Medical Fitness Certificate
• Good command of English
• GCC experience is mandatory
• Only Indian Nationals
• Previous experience on 1500–2000 HP drilling rigs

Toolpusher – $4,550
Night Toolpusher – $3,250
Driller – $2,440
Senior Mechanic – $2,440
Senior Electrician – $2,440
HSE Officer – $2,275
