Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, main duties may include but are not limited to:
Oversee and execute tasks related to precast construction according to project requirements
Coordinate with design, engineering, and site teams for smooth project execution
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and schedule requirements
Supervise junior staff and subcontractors on-site
Prepare and review documentation, drawings, and reports as required

Requirements:
Proven experience in Precast construction projects (mandatory for all roles)
Experience in EPC / Infrastructure / Industrial projects preferred
Valid STCW certificates (if applicable for specific roles)
Medical fitness certificate
Proficiency in English communication
Nationality requirement: Only Indian Nationals
