Southey Contracting Offshore Division is currently seeking experienced offshore professionals to join ongoing offshore oil and gas operations in Namibia.
Successful candidates will support drilling, marine, engineering, maintenance, safety, logistics, lifting, and operational activities while ensuring compliance with international offshore standards and company safety procedures.

Job Responsibilities
- Perform duties according to assigned position and department
- Support offshore drilling and production activities
- Operate and maintain offshore equipment and systems
- Conduct inspections, maintenance, and repair work
- Participate in lifting, cargo, and logistics operations where applicable
- Follow HSE policies, procedures, and permit-to-work systems
- Participate in emergency response and safety drills
- Maintain accurate operational records and reports
- Work effectively within a multinational offshore workforce
Requirements
Mandatory Certifications
- Relevant offshore oil and gas qualifications
- Valid offshore trade certificates relevant to the position
- Valid OPITO BOSIET certification
- Valid medical examination certificate
- Valid vaccination certificates
- Valid UKOG Medical Certificate
- Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate
- COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate
- Valid Seaman’s Book (where applicable)
General Requirements
- Previous offshore oil and gas experience preferred
- Experience in the same position is highly desirable
- Good English communication skills
- Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in offshore environments and rotational schedules
- All certificates and documents must remain valid throughout the contract period
