The company is seeking experienced drilling, HSE, heavy equipment, mechanical, electrical, and welding professionals to support safe and efficient field operations.

Job Responsibilities
Depending on the assigned position, duties may include:
- Perform drilling and oilfield operations according to company procedures.
- Support safe rig-floor and well-site activities.
- Operate and maintain drilling, mechanical, electrical, and heavy equipment.
- Conduct preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
- Monitor and promote compliance with HSE procedures.
- Support risk assessments, safety meetings, and field inspections.
- Carry out welding and fabrication work where applicable.
- Maintain equipment, tools, and operational readiness.
- Work effectively within a multidisciplinary oilfield team.
Requirements
General Requirements
- Relevant experience in the applied position.
- Previous drilling, oilfield, or heavy-industry experience preferred.
- Relevant technical, trade, or professional qualifications where applicable.
- Valid position-specific certifications and licenses where required.
- Strong knowledge of safety procedures and HSE requirements.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Professional attitude and ability to work in demanding field environments.
- Physically and medically fit for the assigned duties.
Position-Specific Requirements
Derrickman / Driller / Floorhand
- Proven drilling rig experience.
- Knowledge of rig-floor operations and drilling equipment.
HSE Field Representative
- Relevant HSE qualification.
- Previous oilfield or drilling-site HSE experience.
Loader Operator
- Valid heavy equipment/operator qualification where required.
- Proven experience operating loaders or similar equipment.
Motorman
- Relevant mechanical/engine experience.
- Experience maintaining oilfield or drilling equipment preferred.
Rig Electrician
- Relevant electrical qualification.
- Experience with drilling rig electrical systems.
Rig Mechanic
- Relevant mechanical qualification.
- Experience maintaining drilling rig machinery and mechanical systems.
Welder
- Relevant welding certification.
- Experience with industrial, drilling, or oilfield fabrication and repair.
