Job Description

We are currently recruiting skilled and entry-level personnel for an active Drilling Project in the USA. Selected candidates will be involved in drilling operations, equipment handling, maintenance activities, and site support functions while strictly adhering to safety standards and operational procedures.

This opportunity is suitable for candidates with prior drilling or mechanical experience, as well as motivated trainees seeking to build a career in drilling operations.

Open Positions & Hourly Rates (USD)

• Driller
• Mechanic II – $27.00 / hour
• Mechanic IV – $24.00 / hour
• Derrickman – $25.50 / hour
• Auger Rig Operator I – $23.00 / hour
• Floorman – $22.25 / hour
• Auger Floorhand – $22.00 / hour
• Trainee – $20.00 / hour

General Requirements

• Relevant experience in drilling, mechanical, or oil & gas operations (preferred, position-dependent)
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor environments
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and operational procedures
• Willingness to work rotational schedules and long shifts
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
