Job Description:
A drilling contractor is currently offering career opportunities for experienced personnel in drilling and workover projects. These operations involve well intervention, maintenance, and drilling support activities on offshore rigs and onshore installations.
The company is seeking skilled professionals across drilling, mechanical, electrical, and HSE departments who can operate in high-pressure environments while maintaining strict safety and operational standards. Candidates will be responsible for supporting continuous drilling and workover operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with industry regulations.
Open positions include: Drilling Superintendent / Toolpusher, Night Toolpusher, Driller, Assistant Driller, Chief Mechanic, Chief Electrician, Electrician, Mechanic, Topman, Derrickman, Floorman, Rigman, Welder (6G certified), and HSE Officer (NEBOSH certified).
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Supervising and executing drilling and workover operations
• Maintaining drilling equipment, mechanical, and electrical systems
• Supporting well intervention and rig floor activities
• Ensuring compliance with HSE standards and safety procedures
• Conducting routine inspections and reporting operational status
Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates (if offshore assignment)
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Relevant drilling certifications: IWCF / IADC
• Additional certifications: FA (First Aid), FF (Fire Fighting), Medical Form ‘O’ with reports, PCC
• 6G Welding Certificate (for Welder position)
• NEBOSH Certificate (for HSE role)
• Previous experience in drilling or workover projects required
