Key Responsibilities

Depending on the assigned position, duties may include:

• Perform all duties associated with the assigned position in accordance with company procedures and drilling-program requirements.
• Support safe and efficient offshore drilling operations.
• Carry out drilling, subsea, engineering, maintenance, HSE, technical or logistics duties as applicable.
• Operate, inspect and maintain drilling equipment, machinery and technical systems.
• Support rig-floor, well operations and drilling-fluid activities.
• Assist with subsea equipment operations and maintenance.
• Plan, coordinate and execute maintenance and repair activities.
• Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot defects and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate operational, maintenance and inventory records.
• Participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings, training, drills and emergency-response activities.
• Follow company HSE, permit-to-work, environmental and operational procedures.
• Work effectively as part of a professional multinational offshore drilling team.

Requirements

General Requirements

• Relevant experience in the same or similar offshore drilling position.
• Previous offshore drilling / rig experience preferred and required for operational positions.
• Valid technical, maritime or professional qualifications appropriate to the position.
• Valid STCW certificates and COC/COP, where applicable.
• Valid offshore safety certifications required for the project.
• Valid medical fitness certification.
• Valid passport and work authorization applicable to the USA assignment.
• Good command of English.
• Strong safety awareness, communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a demanding offshore drilling environment.
• Availability according to project requirements.

Position-Specific Requirements

Mate

• Valid maritime qualification appropriate to the position.
• Relevant offshore vessel / drilling-unit marine experience.
• Strong bridge, marine operations and safety-management background.

Maintenance Engineer

• Relevant mechanical or engineering qualification.
• Proven maintenance experience in offshore drilling operations.
• Strong troubleshooting and preventive-maintenance skills.

Subsea Engineer

• Relevant subsea engineering qualification and experience.
• Offshore drilling / subsea systems experience.
• Knowledge of subsea equipment operations and maintenance.

OT Integration Engineer

• Relevant engineering / automation / OT qualification.
• Experience with operational technology, control and integrated offshore systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and systems-integration skills.

Maintenance Planner & Repair Engineer

• Relevant engineering or maintenance qualification.
• Proven experience in maintenance planning, work-order management and repair coordination.
• Experience with preventive maintenance systems is preferred.

Electronic Technician

• Relevant electronics / instrumentation qualification.
• Experience with offshore drilling electronic, control and automation systems.

Performance Lead

• Relevant offshore drilling or engineering experience.
• Strong operational-performance, data-analysis and continuous-improvement skills.
• Leadership and coordination experience preferred.

Roustabout

• Previous offshore rig / deck experience preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding deck and general rig duties.
• Strong safety awareness and teamwork.

Floorhand

• Previous rig-floor / drilling experience preferred.
• Knowledge of drilling equipment and safe pipe-handling practices.
• Ability to work safely in a demanding physical environment.

Drilling Fluid Operator

• Previous drilling-fluid / mud-system experience.
• Knowledge of mud mixing, testing, monitoring and related equipment.
• Relevant drilling-fluid or offshore training preferred.

Hydraulic Mechanic

• Relevant mechanical / hydraulic qualification.
• Strong experience troubleshooting and maintaining hydraulic systems and equipment.
• Offshore drilling experience preferred.

Alliance HSE Supervisor

• Relevant HSE qualification and offshore drilling experience.
• Strong knowledge of offshore safety management, risk assessment and regulatory compliance.
• Proven supervisory experience.

Assistant Driller

• Previous offshore drilling-rig experience.
• Experience supporting Driller operations and monitoring drilling equipment.
• Valid Well Control certification where required by the project.

Inventory Assistant

• Previous inventory, warehouse, materials or offshore logistics experience.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Knowledge of inventory-control systems is an advantage.

Assistant Subsea Engineer

• Relevant technical / subsea qualification.
• Offshore drilling or subsea equipment experience.
• Ability to support subsea maintenance and operational activities.

Medic

• Valid medical / nursing qualification and professional registration.
• Relevant offshore, emergency or industrial medical experience.
• Ability to manage medical emergencies and maintain medical records.
