Job Responsibilities
- Perform duties according to assigned position and company policies
- Lead multidisciplinary teams and project execution
- Ensure compliance with HSE and international industry standards
- Manage operational performance, planning, and reporting
- Support engineering, drilling, or infrastructure projects
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders
- Maintain operational efficiency and project quality
- Contribute to continuous improvement and business objectives
Requirements
General Requirements
- Proven experience in the applied position
- Relevant academic qualifications and professional certifications
- Previous experience within Oil & Gas, Drilling, Energy, or Infrastructure sectors
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Good English communication skills
- Ability to work in international environments
- Willingness to travel or relocate depending on project requirements
