Job Description:

We are inviting experienced and dedicated offshore professionals to join our FPSO/FSO operations team for long-term assignments.
Candidates with strong FPSO/FSO sailing and operational experience will be given preference.

• OIM / FSO Master – Minimum 15 years experience
• Marine Supervisor – Minimum 10 years experience
• Maintenance Supervisor – Minimum 10 years experience

• Lead Maintenance Technician – Minimum 8 years experience
• Mechanical Technician – Minimum 5 years experience
• Electrical Technician – Minimum 5 years experience
• Instrument Technician – Minimum 5 years experience
• Marine Technician – Minimum 5 years experience
• Technical Assistant / Rigger – Minimum 2 years experience
• Oiler – Minimum 3 years experience
• Bosun / Crane Operator – Minimum 5 years experience
• Able Seaman / Crane Operator – Minimum 3 years experience

• Safety & Health Officer – Minimum 5 years experience
• Medic / Radio Operator – Minimum 5 years experience
• Materialsman – Minimum 3 years experience

• Campboss – Minimum 10 years experience
• Chief Cook – Minimum 8 years experience
• Cook (Asian Cuisine) – Minimum 5 years experience
• Cook (Western Cuisine) – Minimum 5 years experience
• Baker – Minimum 3 years experience
• Utility Boy / Kitchen Helper – Minimum 2 years experience

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, duties may include but are not limited to:
 • Overseeing and supporting safe FPSO/FSO operations across marine, mechanical, and process systems.
• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on production, mechanical, and electrical equipment.

• Ensuring HSE compliance, participating in emergency drills, and reporting incidents promptly.
• Assisting in marine operations, loading/offloading, and cargo control as assigned.

Requirements:

• Valid STCW certificates and offshore medical.
• Proven experience on FPSO / FSO or similar offshore production units.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills in an international offshore environment.
• Valid trade certifications and competence documents relevant to position.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

Employment Details:

• Contract Duration: 2 years + 2 years renewal
