H&P Drilling Co. is currently recruiting experienced professionals to join its Drilling & Well Maintenance operations in Saudi Arabia.
The company is seeking qualified drilling crew, mechanical, electrical, safety, materials, welding, and radio communication personnel with relevant Oil & Gas experience. Successful candidates will support safe and efficient drilling and well maintenance operations while maintaining high standards of HSE and operational performance.

Job Responsibilities
Depending on the assigned position, duties may include:
- Perform drilling, well maintenance, mechanical, electrical, or technical duties according to the assigned role.
- Support safe and efficient rig operations.
- Operate, inspect, and maintain drilling and well-service equipment.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems.
- Coordinate drilling crew activities and material movements where applicable.
- Support HSE training, inspections, and safety programs.
- Maintain equipment, tools, and operational readiness.
- Participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings, and emergency drills.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and Oil & Gas industry HSE standards.
Requirements
General Requirements
- Relevant experience in Drilling, Well Maintenance, Mechanical, Electrical, or Oil & Gas operations.
- Proven experience in the applied position.
- Relevant technical, trade, or industry qualifications.
- Valid position-specific certificates and licenses where applicable.
- Strong knowledge of workplace safety and HSE procedures.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong teamwork and professional attitude.
- Physically and medically fit for Oil & Gas operations.
Position-Specific Requirements
- Toolpusher / Nightpusher / Driller / Assistant Driller: Proven drilling rig experience and strong knowledge of drilling operations.
- Derrickman / Floorman / Roustabout: Relevant rig-floor and drilling crew experience.
- Safety Training Coordinator: Relevant HSE/training experience and recognized safety qualifications preferred.
- Material Coordinator: Experience in materials control, logistics, or rig stores.
- Senior / Assistant Mechanic: Relevant mechanical qualification and drilling rig equipment experience.
- Senior / Assistant Electrician: Relevant electrical qualification and Oil & Gas/rig electrical experience.
- Welder: Relevant welding qualification and industrial/drilling equipment fabrication or repair experience.
- Radio Operator: Relevant radio communication qualification and Oil & Gas/offshore communications experience.
