The company is recruiting personnel across drilling operations, rig floor, mechanical, electrical, welding, and HSE departments. Candidates must hold the mandatory certifications applicable to their position and have relevant oilfield/drilling experience.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Perform duties according to the assigned drilling or oilfield position
• Support safe and efficient drilling and rig operations
• Operate, inspect, maintain, and repair drilling and auxiliary equipment
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Follow all HSE procedures, risk assessments, toolbox talks, and permit-to-work requirements
• Participate in emergency response, safety meetings, and site inspections
• Maintain operational readiness and accurate documentation
• Work effectively as part of a professional drilling and oilfield team

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in the position applied for
• Degree or Diploma for Drilling Crew positions
• Valid IWCF / MVT / First Aid (FA) / Fire Fighting (FF) certifications as applicable
• Valid Medical Form “O” with supporting medical reports
• Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) required
• Strong knowledge of drilling and HSE procedures
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Physically and medically fit for field operations

Position-Specific Requirements:

Drilling Crew – DS / TP / NTP / Driller / AD
• Relevant Degree / Diploma required
• Proven drilling rig experience
• Relevant drilling and well-control certifications

Chief Mechanic / Mechanic
• Relevant mechanical qualification
• Proven drilling rig / oilfield mechanical experience
• Strong knowledge of rig machinery and maintenance systems

Topman / Derrickman / Floorman / Rigman
• Previous drilling rig and rig-floor experience
• Knowledge of drilling equipment and safe rig-floor procedures

Chief Electrician / Electrician
• Relevant electrical qualification
• Valid Mine/Supervisor Certificate is mandatory
• Previous drilling rig electrical experience preferred

Welder
• Relevant welding qualification
• Valid 6G Welding Certificate is mandatory
• Previous oilfield / drilling rig welding experience preferred

HSE Professional / HSE Supervisor
• Relevant HSE qualification and experience
• NEBOSH Certificate is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of oilfield HSE standards and risk management
