Emerge-X is building a talent pool for current and upcoming ADNOC offshore projects in Abu Dhabi. We are recruiting experienced Marine Crew personnel to support offshore construction, maintenance, and marine operations. The roles involve working on offshore support vessels and project-related marine units under ADNOC standards, with a strong focus on safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Marine Crew Positions Include (but are not limited to):

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Supporting offshore marine and project operations as per assigned rank
• Assisting with mooring, rigging, lifting, cargo handling, and deck activities
• Ensuring compliance with ADNOC HSE standards and offshore safety procedures
• Participating in toolbox talks, PTW processes, and emergency drills
• Maintaining safe and efficient deck operations at all times

• Valid STCW certificates relevant to the position
• Valid offshore medical fitness certificate
• Mandatory offshore certifications: BOSIET, H2S
• Prior ADNOC offshore experience is preferred
• Familiarity with ADNOC HSE standards and ePTW system
• Good command of English for offshore communication
• UAE-based candidates are highly preferred
