Job Description

IOC Services is currently inviting applications for multiple positions for an Operation & Maintenance – Marine / Shipping Project in the Red Sea, Saudi Arabia.

The project offers opportunities for experienced marine, dredging, mechanical, electrical, diving, QHSE, workshop, logistics, and marine operations professionals. Successful candidates will support daily project operations, vessel and equipment maintenance, dredging activities, marine transportation, and offshore construction while maintaining high standards of safety and operational efficiency.

Management & Supervision

  • Operational Manager ×2 — SAR 14,000/month
  • Supervisor ×2 — SAR 8,000/month
  • Workshop Supervisor ×1 — SAR 6,000/month

Technical & Maintenance

  • Surveyor ×1 — SAR 7,000/month
  • Mechanical Technician ×1 — SAR 3,500/month
  • Electrician ×1 — SAR 3,500/month
  • Welder ×1 — SAR 3,500/month

Marine & Dredging Operations

  • Diver ×1 — SAR 9,000/month
  • Suction Pump Operator ×1 — SAR 3,000/month
  • Speedboat Captain ×1 — SAR 4,500/month
  • Inflatable Boat Operator ×1 — SAR 3,500/month
  • Dredging Machine Operator ×2 — SAR 5,000/month

Heavy Equipment & General Support

  • Heavy Machinery Driver ×2 — SAR 3,500/month
  • Helper – Floor Deck ×9 — SAR 1,800/month
  • Storekeeper ×1 — SAR 3,000/month

QHSE

  • QHSE Officer ×2 — SAR 8,000/month

Job Responsibilities

Depending on the assigned position, duties may include:

  • Manage and supervise daily marine and shipping project activities.
  • Coordinate offshore maintenance, dredging, construction, and vessel operations.
  • Operate and maintain marine machinery, pumps, boats, and heavy equipment.
  • Perform mechanical, electrical, welding, workshop, or technical maintenance.
  • Conduct surveys, inspections, and project reporting.
  • Support diving, dredging, suction pumping, and marine transportation activities.
  • Monitor QHSE compliance and safe working practices.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, spare parts, and project inventory.
  • Participate in toolbox talks, risk assessments, and emergency procedures.
  • Maintain high standards of safety, productivity, and operational readiness.

Requirements

General Requirements

  • Relevant experience in the applied position.
  • Relevant technical, marine, vocational, or trade qualification as applicable.
  • Previous experience in marine, shipping, dredging, offshore, or heavy-industry projects preferred.
  • Valid Passport and required employment documents.
  • Relevant professional certificates and licenses for the applied position.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong safety awareness and ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Physically and medically fit for project work.

Position-Specific Requirements

  • Operational Manager / Supervisor: Proven marine or shipping project management experience.
  • Surveyor: Relevant surveying qualification and practical marine/project surveying experience.
  • Mechanical Technician / Electrician: Relevant technical qualification and maintenance experience.
  • Welder: Valid welding qualification and fabrication/repair experience.
  • Diver: Recognized commercial/diving certification and relevant offshore diving experience.
  • Speedboat Captain: Valid speedboat / boatmaster license appropriate to the operation.
  • Inflatable Boat Operator: Relevant boat-operation qualification and practical experience.
  • Heavy Machinery Driver: Valid heavy equipment/operator license.
  • Dredging Machine Operator: Proven experience operating dredging machinery.
  • QHSE Officer: Relevant QHSE qualification and marine/offshore project experience.
  • Workshop Supervisor: Technical qualification and proven workshop supervisory experience.
  • Storekeeper: Experience in marine/offshore warehouse or inventory management.
  • Helper – Floor Deck: Previous marine, construction, or industrial experience preferred.
  • Suction Pump Operator: Relevant pumping or dredging equipment operating experience.
