Reliant Oilfield is currently seeking experienced and qualified Drilling and Rig Crew professionals for upcoming drilling operations.
The company is recruiting personnel across drilling, toolpushing, derrick, pumping, solids control, rig-floor, and roustabout departments. Candidates with proven experience in the position applied for and strong knowledge of drilling rig operations are encouraged to apply.

Depending on the assigned position, duties may include but are not limited to:
• Perform drilling and rig operations according to company procedures
• Operate and monitor drilling, pumping, derrick, solids-control, and rig-floor equipment
• Supervise drilling and rig crews according to assigned responsibilities
• Support well operations, tubular handling, tripping, and pipe handling activities
• Maintain equipment and ensure operational readiness
• Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and basic troubleshooting
• Monitor drilling parameters and equipment performance where applicable
• Follow permit-to-work systems, risk assessments, toolbox talks, and HSE procedures
• Participate in emergency drills, safety meetings, and training programs
• Maintain accurate operational records and reports
• Promote safe working practices and effective teamwork
• Proven experience in the same position applied for
• Previous drilling rig experience required
• Relevant technical, drilling, or trade qualifications according to the position
• Valid offshore / drilling safety certificates where applicable
• Valid medical fitness certificate
• Valid Passport and relevant employment documentation
• Good English communication skills
• Strong safety awareness and teamwork abilities
• Physically and medically fit for drilling operations
• Ability to work rotational schedules and in a demanding rig environment
Driller I / Driller II
• Proven experience as Driller on drilling rigs
• Strong knowledge of drilling operations, rig equipment, and well-control procedures
• Ability to supervise rig-floor activities and drilling crew
Assistant Driller I / Assistant Driller II
• Previous Assistant Driller experience
• Knowledge of drilling systems, pipe handling, and rig-floor operations
• Strong operational and safety awareness
Senior Toolpusher
• Extensive Toolpusher experience
• Strong knowledge of drilling operations and rig management
• Proven supervisory and leadership experience
Toolpusher
• Previous Toolpusher experience on drilling rigs
• Knowledge of drilling equipment, crew management, and HSE procedures
Derrickman
• Proven Derrickman experience
• Knowledge of derrick operations, tubular handling, and tripping activities
• Ability to work safely at height
Assistant Derrickman
• Previous drilling rig experience
• Knowledge of derrick and tubular handling operations preferred
Pumpman
• Previous Pumpman experience on drilling rigs
• Knowledge of mud pumps, fluid systems, and related equipment
• Strong maintenance and troubleshooting skills
Assistant Pumpman
• Previous experience assisting with drilling fluid and pump systems preferred
• Basic knowledge of mud pumps and associated equipment
Solids Control
• Previous solids control experience on drilling rigs
• Knowledge of shale shakers, centrifuges, desanders, desilters, and mud-cleaning equipment preferred
• Relevant technical experience and safety training
Lead Floorman
• Proven Floorman / Roughneck experience
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience on the rig floor preferred
• Strong knowledge of pipe handling and drilling support operations
Floorman
• Previous rig-floor / Roughneck experience
• Knowledge of tubular handling, making/breaking connections, and general rig-floor activities
Head Roustabout
• Previous senior Roustabout / deck operations experience
• Ability to coordinate general rig and deck crew activities
• Strong material-handling and HSE awareness
Roustabout
• Previous rig / oilfield experience preferred
• Ability to perform general deck, housekeeping, and material-handling duties
• Physically fit and prepared for manual work offshore/on the rig
