Candidates must be prepared to work in challenging offshore environments and comply with industry standards such as BOSIET/FOET, IWCF/Well Control (where applicable), and all region-specific safety requirements.

As per company policy, responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
• Supporting drilling operations safely and efficiently
• Maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of drilling and rig equipment
• Ensuring compliance with company and regulatory HSE standards
• Participating in emergency response and safety drills
• Maintaining accurate operational records and reporting
• Coordinating logistics, deck operations, or technical activities depending on the role
• Valid offshore certificates (BOSIET/FOET, CA-EBS, HUET, etc.)
• Valid Medical Fitness Certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Previous experience on Offshore Drilling Rigs is mandatory
• Position-specific technical qualifications (electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, drilling, HSE, etc.)
• Eligibility to work in UK/EU/USA waters (visa/work permit where required)
