Glotech Marine is continuously recruiting qualified and experienced professionals for offshore operations.
The company is seeking personnel with relevant offshore, drilling, mechanical, electrical, and operational experience. Successful candidates will work in a safety-focused environment and will be responsible for supporting offshore operations, maintenance activities, and technical services according to company procedures and HSE standards.

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Perform duties according to the assigned position and offshore operating procedures
• Support drilling, maintenance, technical, and general offshore operations as applicable
• Operate, inspect, and maintain relevant equipment and systems
• Follow company HSE policies, risk assessments, and safe working procedures
• Participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings, emergency drills, and training
• Maintain operational readiness and report unsafe conditions or equipment defects
• Work effectively within a professional and multicultural offshore team
• Previous relevant offshore experience in the position applied for
• Valid professional qualifications and certificates relevant to the position
• Valid medical fitness certificate / offshore medical where applicable
• Valid offshore safety training certificates where required
• Valid passport and seafarer's documentation where applicable
• Strong knowledge of HSE standards and safe working practices
• Good English communication skills
• Strong teamwork, discipline, and safety awareness
• Physically and medically fit for offshore work
• Floorman: Previous drilling rig / rig-floor experience preferred
• Derrickman: Proven derrick and drilling rig experience required
• Offshore Pumpman: Previous offshore/tanker/cargo pumping experience preferred
• Security Performance Coach (SPC): Relevant security, safety, coaching, or offshore experience preferred
• Mechanical Technician: Mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting experience required
• Electrician: Relevant electrical qualification and offshore/industrial electrical experience required
• Utility Operator: Previous offshore utility, operations, or support experience preferred
