Job Description
Team Recruitment is currently recruiting experienced offshore professionals for a variety of North Sea offshore projects.
The company is seeking qualified drilling, rig maintenance, logistics, and deck support personnel to join upcoming offshore campaigns. Successful candidates will work onboard offshore drilling units and production facilities while maintaining the highest standards of safety, operational efficiency, and teamwork.

Job Responsibilities
- Perform duties according to assigned offshore position
- Support safe drilling, maintenance, and offshore operations
- Operate equipment in accordance with company procedures
- Participate in lifting, cargo handling, and logistics activities where applicable
- Maintain compliance with HSE policies and offshore safety regulations
- Participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings, and emergency drills
- Maintain operational documentation and equipment readiness
- Work effectively within multinational offshore teams
Requirements
General Requirements
- Previous offshore experience in the applied position
- Valid offshore certification package relevant to the role
- Valid STCW certification (where applicable)
- Valid BOSIET / FOET and Offshore Medical (preferred)
- Good English communication skills
- Strong safety awareness and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work in demanding offshore environments
