Job Description:
A major hiring campaign is underway for multiple positions on FPSO units operating in offshore oil & gas projects in Brazil. These roles support production, marine operations, maintenance, safety, and logistics on board modern floating facilities.
The project involves long-term offshore assignments with rotational schedules, working in an international environment under demanding offshore conditions. Candidates will be part of a multidisciplinary team responsible for ensuring safe and efficient hydrocarbon production, vessel operations, and equipment maintenance.
Positions open include: Production Superintendent, Production Supervisor, CRO, Production Operator, Laboratory Technician, Marine Superintendent, Marine Supervisor, Marine CRO (BCO), Bosun, Crane Operator, Able Seaman, Roustabout, Cargo Operator (Bombeador), Maintenance Superintendent, Construction Supervisor, Equipment Inspector (Spie), Maintenance Supervisor, Mechanical Technician, Utility Operator, Motorman, E&I Supervisor, DCS/ICSS Specialist (Automation Specialist), Electrician, Instrument Technician, HSE Superintendent, Radio Operator, Safety Technician, Storekeeper.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Ensuring safe and efficient offshore production and marine operations
• Operating, monitoring, and maintaining FPSO systems and equipment
• Supporting maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting activities
• Complying with HSE policies and international offshore safety standards
• Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to meet operational targets
Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Relevant offshore experience in similar position and FPSO or offshore vessels preferred
