Job Description

An international offshore company is currently recruiting experienced offshore personnel for a long-term FPSO project in Tunisia.

The company is seeking qualified safety, deck, rigging, scaffolding, engine, and logistics personnel with proven FPSO and offshore experience. Successful candidates will support safe and efficient offshore operations while maintaining compliance with international HSE and offshore industry standards.

• Able Seaman (AB) / Rigger
• Ordinary Seaman (OS) / General Purpose (GP)

Offshore Construction

• Scaffolder

• Storekeeper

Job Responsibilities

Depending on the assigned position, duties may include:

• Perform duties according to assigned position and company procedures.
• Support safe and efficient FPSO and offshore operations.
• Carry out deck, rigging, scaffolding, engine room, safety, or logistics activities as applicable.
• Inspect and maintain assigned equipment and work areas.
• Follow offshore work permits, risk assessments, toolbox talks, and HSE procedures.
• Participate in emergency drills and offshore safety activities.
• Maintain operational readiness throughout the assignment.
• Work effectively within a professional multinational offshore team.

Requirements

General Requirements

• Previous FPSO / offshore experience is mandatory.
• Valid BOSIET or FOET certification.
• Valid OGUK Medical.
• Valid CDC and Passport.
• Valid STCW certification as required for the position.
• Valid position-specific certificates and qualifications.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong HSE awareness and teamwork skills.
• Physically and medically fit for offshore work.

Position-Specific Requirements

• Safety Officer: Relevant offshore Safety Officer/HSE certification and experience.
• AB / Rigger: Valid AB and/or rigging qualifications appropriate to the position.
• OS / GP: Relevant STCW and offshore certifications.
• Scaffolder: Valid scaffolding certification and proven offshore scaffolding experience.
• Motorman: Relevant engine-room qualifications and offshore experience.
• Storekeeper: Previous offshore logistics or storekeeping experience preferred.
