Job Description:
We are hiring on behalf of our partner for multiple Oil & Gas drilling positions across the GCC region. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced drilling professionals currently based in the Gulf.
About the Project / Vessel:
Candidates will be assigned to ongoing drilling operations (offshore or onshore) depending on their qualifications and project requirements. The work involves modern drilling rigs with a strong emphasis on safety, efficiency, and operational excellence. Working conditions are typical for the GCC region with high safety standards and multinational teams.
Working Conditions:
• Rotation: To be discussed based on position and project (typically 28/28 or 35/35)
• Working hours: 12-hour shifts
• Accommodation: Provided in camps or offshore accommodation
• Transportation: Provided to and from the worksite

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties will vary by position but may include but are not limited to:
• Safely conduct drilling operations in compliance with company policies and international standards.
• Perform maintenance, repairs, and inspections of drilling equipment and machinery.
• Supervise rig crews and ensure safe working practices during all operations.
• Monitor well parameters, drilling fluids, and downhole conditions.
• Participate in safety meetings, risk assessments, and emergency response drills.

Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates (for offshore positions, if applicable)
• Valid Medical fitness certificate (including Drug and Alcohol test)
• Proficiency in English communication (written and verbal) – Mandatory
• Candidates must currently be in the GCC (possess a transferable residency visa or be locally available)
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in similar positions within Oil & Gas drilling operations
