Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy and position, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
· Safe execution of drilling, lifting, and material handling operations in compliance with HSE standards
· Operation and maintenance of drilling equipment, cranes, forklifts, and other heavy machinery
· Supervision of crews, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational procedures
· Rig maintenance, welding, electrical, and mechanical repairs as per role requirements
· Catering and camp management, ensuring quality services for personnel on site

Requirements:
· 1–3 years of relevant experience in the applied position
· Oil & Gas / Rig experience is preferred
· Strong teamwork and safety awareness
· Valid medical fitness certificate (for offshore/field roles)
· Proficiency in English communication (verbal and written)
· Certifications: Relevant certificates as per position (e.g., crane operator license, forklift operator certification, IADC/IWCF for drilling roles, etc.)
