Job Description
DAMON GLOBAL is hiring experienced Offshore Professionals for an upcoming Offshore Project in Abu Dhabi.
Candidates with previous ADOC / ADNOC experience will be given priority.
The project involves offshore construction, installation, barge operations, welding, rigging, and HSE support.
We are seeking skilled personnel across multiple technical, operational, and supervisory disciplines.
Key Responsibilities**
Responsibilities vary by position and may include:
• Supervising offshore construction, marine, or welding operations
• Ensuring safe and efficient execution of barge, rigging, and lifting activities
• Overseeing welding, fitting, and structural fabrication tasks
• Implementing project specifications and quality standards
• Conducting toolbox talks, safety inspections, and reporting
• Operating offshore machinery and installation equipment
• Coordinating with engineering, HSE, and project management teams
Requirements**
• Valid offshore certifications (BOSIET/FOET, HUET, Medical, etc.)
• Position-related licenses, trade tests, or technical certifications
• Strong English communication skills
• Offshore Oil & Gas experience mandatory
• ADOC / ADNOC project experience preferred
• Proven experience in the same role
• Ability to work in a multicultural offshore environment
