Requirements
• 5–7 years (minimum) of intensive experience in deep drilling operations
• Mandatory experience on heavy drilling rigs (3000 HP or larger)
• Valid international certifications appropriate to the position, such as:
IWCF Well Control Certification
Well Control certificates
Other role-specific technical certifications
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent safety awareness and commitment to industry best practices
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in:
• Deep onshore drilling projects
• High-horsepower drilling rigs (3000 HP+)
• Oil & gas exploration and development wells
• International drilling contractors
• Challenging drilling environments
