We are preparing a talent pool for the 2026 drilling campaign  to support upcoming Workover, Well Intervention, and Well Services operations. This initiative focuses on identifying and developing skilled professionals who will be essential for the success of the project.

Selected candidates will be evaluated based on experience, certifications, and operational readiness. The program includes workforce capability assessment and ensures that all personnel meet project-specific operational and safety requirements.

This opportunity is ideal for experienced drilling professionals seeking long-term involvement in future oil & gas operations.

Open Positions

1. Driller (APPS / OUPS Certified)
2. Derrickman (OMPS Certified)
3. Floorman (OLPS Certified)
4. Crane Operator (SIMB2 / Minimum SIO OPR Class 2)
5. Crane Operator Assistant (SIMB2 / Rigger Certificate)
6. Rig Welder (6G Certified)

Qualification Requirements (All Positions)

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Strong operational experience in Workover, Well Intervention, and Well Services
• Valid MIGAS Certification, valid at least until December 2026
• Good understanding of drilling safety standards and procedures
