Job Description

Noble Corporation is currently recruiting qualified and experienced offshore professionals for various Drilling Project positions operating worldwide.

The company is seeking experienced drilling, marine, mechanical, electrical, HSE, process safety, lifting, and medical personnel to support safe and efficient offshore drilling operations.

Job Responsibilities

Depending on the assigned position, duties may include:

  • Perform duties according to the assigned role and company procedures.
  • Support safe and efficient offshore drilling and rig operations.
  • Conduct drilling, marine, DP, engineering, electrical, mechanical, lifting, or HSE activities as applicable.
  • Operate, inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair rig equipment and systems.
  • Support well operations, drilling-fluid activities, and rig-floor operations.
  • Supervise drilling personnel and coordinate offshore work activities where required.
  • Monitor compliance with HSE and process-safety procedures.
  • Participate in toolbox talks, risk assessments, inspections, emergency drills, and safety meetings.
  • Maintain equipment, technical records, and operational readiness.
  • Work effectively within a multinational offshore team.

Requirements

General Requirements

  • Previous experience in the relevant position.
  • Proven offshore drilling rig experience preferred.
  • Relevant technical, engineering, marine, medical, or trade qualifications.
  • Valid STCW and offshore safety certifications where applicable.
  • Valid position-specific certificates and licenses.
  • Valid Passport and Medical Certificate where required.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Strong safety awareness and professional attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively in an international offshore environment.
  • Physically and medically fit for offshore service.

Position-Specific Requirements

Dynamic Positioning Operator

  • Valid DP certification appropriate to the position.
  • Previous offshore DP vessel or drilling-unit experience preferred.

Assistant Rig Manager / Drilling Section Leader / Tour Pusher

  • Proven supervisory experience in offshore drilling operations.
  • Strong knowledge of drilling procedures, rig equipment, and HSE requirements.

Driller / Assistant Driller

  • Proven drilling-rig experience.
  • Knowledge of drilling equipment and well-control procedures.

Drilling Fluid Operator

  • Previous drilling-fluid / mud-system experience.
  • Relevant technical certification where applicable.

Electronic Technician

  • Relevant electronics, instrumentation, or automation qualification.
  • Offshore rig experience preferred.

Electrician

  • Relevant electrical qualification.
  • Experience with offshore rig electrical systems, generators, and distribution.

Engine Room Responsible

  • Relevant marine engineering / engine-room qualification.
  • Proven offshore or marine machinery experience.

Hydraulic Mechanic

  • Relevant hydraulic/mechanical qualification.
  • Experience maintaining offshore hydraulic systems and equipment.

QMED / Oiler

  • Valid QMED / engine-rating certification as applicable.
  • Relevant engine-room experience.

Crane Operator

  • Valid offshore crane operator certification.
  • Proven offshore lifting and crane-operating experience.

Alliance HSE Supervisor

  • Relevant HSE qualification.
  • Proven offshore Oil & Gas safety experience.
  • Strong knowledge of risk assessment, incident prevention, and safety management.

Process Safety Engineer

  • Relevant engineering qualification.
  • Previous process safety / Oil & Gas experience.
  • Knowledge of process safety management and risk-assessment practices.

Medic

  • Valid recognized Medic / Offshore Medic qualification.
  • Previous offshore or vessel-based medical experience preferred.
