Job Description:
We are currently recruiting experienced drilling professionals to join offshore and onshore drilling operations across Asia. Multiple vacancies are available for highly qualified candidates with extensive industry experience and valid professional certifications.
Candidates must hold all required certifications for their respective positions. DRILLMEC certification is mandatory, while DRILLMEC Operation Training with certification is preferred for selected positions.

Rig Manager
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience.
- Valid IWCF Level 4 or IADC certification.
Senior Welder
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience.
- Valid 4G Welding Certification.
Welder
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience.
- Valid 4G Welding Certification.
Drilling Engineer
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience.
- Valid IWCF Level 4 or IADC certification.
Derrickman
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience.
- Valid IWCF Level 2 or IADC certification.
Directional Engineer
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in directional drilling.
- Experience on at least 6 wells with depths exceeding 2,500 meters.
- Vertical drilling experience exceeding 500 meters.
- Experience with well trajectories exceeding 40 degrees.
Toolpusher
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience.
- Valid IWCF Level 4 or IADC certification.
- DRILLMEC Operation Training with certification preferred.
Driller
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience.
- Valid IWCF Level 3 or IADC certification.
- DRILLMEC Operation Training with certification preferred.
Chief Mechanic
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience.
- DRILLMEC Operation Training with certification preferred.
Chief Electrician
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience.
- DRILLMEC Operation Training with certification preferred.
Drilling Fluids Engineer
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience.
- Valid IWCF Level 4 or IADC certification.
- DRILLMEC Operation Training with certification preferred.
Senior Drilling Fluids Operator
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience.
- Valid IWCF Level 2 or IADC certification.
- DRILLMEC Operation Training with certification preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Performing drilling operations safely and efficiently according to company procedures.
- Ensuring compliance with HSE standards and international drilling regulations.
- Operating, maintaining, and inspecting drilling equipment.
- Supporting well planning, drilling execution, and maintenance activities according to position.
- Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary drilling teams to achieve operational objectives.
Requirements:
- Valid passport.
- Relevant professional certifications applicable to the position.
- DRILLMEC certification (mandatory).
- IWCF or IADC certification where required.
- Good English communication skills.
- Relevant offshore/onshore drilling experience according to the position.
- Ability to work in a multinational team environment.
