Key Responsibilities (Role–Dependent):
- Support daily drilling and marine operations safely and efficiently
- Perform maintenance and operational tasks per assigned department
- Comply with company HSE, ISM, and rig safety procedures
- Participate in safety drills, toolbox talks, and hazard reporting
- Cooperate and communicate effectively within multicultural crew environments

Requirements:
- Valid offshore survival training (BOSIET or equivalent)
- Valid medical fitness certificate (OGUK / PEME)
- STCW Certificates corresponding to rank (for marine positions)
- Previous experience in offshore drilling / marine operations (preferred & may be mandatory by rank)
- Good English communication skills
