Candidate Requirements

• OIM License — required for Offshore Installation Manager
• IWCF Well Control L3 or L4, depending on position
• Previous experience on Tender Rigs (advantage)
• Valid offshore certificates, including:

• BOSIET / FOET
• OGUK Medical
• IWCF Well Control
• CompEx (for electrical-related roles)
• Other certificates relevant to rank
   • Strong safety awareness and ability to work in multicultural teams
   • Good English communication skills
