Job Description:
Eram Engineering is recruiting experienced drilling professionals for a large-scale onshore gas drilling project in Saudi Arabia. The company is conducting an interview campaign in the UAE during mid-August 2026 to hire qualified personnel for long-term drilling operations. Candidates with previous Saudi Aramco and gas drilling experience will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Perform drilling operations safely and efficiently in accordance with company procedures.
- Operate, monitor, inspect, and maintain drilling equipment and associated systems.
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and project safety standards.
- Troubleshoot and maintain NOV drilling equipment and CAT engine systems.
- Work closely with the drilling crew to achieve operational targets while maintaining high safety standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of drilling rig experience (Onshore or Offshore).
- Mandatory experience in drilling operations.
- Gas drilling experience is required.
- Experience working with NOV drilling systems.
- Experience with CAT (Caterpillar) engines.
- Experience on HP 2000 drilling rigs or higher.
- Saudi Aramco experience is preferred.
- Valid STCW certificates (where applicable for offshore candidates).
- Medical fitness certificate.
- Good English communication skills.
