Experienced drilling professionals to join its U.S. Drilling Rig Talent Pool for future opportunities across its land-based drilling fleet.
This is an opportunity to register interest for upcoming positions on high-performance drilling rigs operating across the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
 • Performing drilling rig operations safely and efficiently according to position
 • Adhering to company HSE policies and Human Organizational Performance (HOP) principles
 • Participating in daily operations, maintenance, and rig activities
 • Supporting teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement onsite

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of drilling industry experience at Motorhand level
• Progressive experience required for advanced roles (Derrickhand, Driller, Rig Manager)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation
• Ability to pass physical fitness assessment and drug/alcohol screening
• Ability to work 14-day rotations and 12-hour outdoor shifts
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety and teamwork
• Willingness to follow Precision Drilling’s safety culture and operating principles

Employment Details:

• Rotation: 14 days on / 14 days off
• Salary (Base Pay by Position):
– Motorhand: USD 30.11–32.37 per hour
– Derrickhand: USD 34.07–36.63 per hour
– Driller: USD 41.12–44.20 per hour
– Rig Manager: Management-level compensation (discussed during interview)
