1. QHSE Manager - Minimum 15 years of experience in the drilling industry. 2. QHSE Superintendent - Minimum 8 years of experience in the drilling industry. 3. QHSE Officer- Minimum 6 years of experience in the drilling industry. 4. Sr. Toolpusher- Minimum 10-15 Years of expertise in the drilling industry and must have worked on 3000HP rigs. 5. Drilller- Minimum 8-10 Years of expertise in the drilling industry and must have worked on 3000HP rigs and TDS Experience is a MUST. 6. Sr. Mechanic- Minimum 10 Years of expertise in the drilling industry and must have worked on 3000HP rigs with PMS experience on all rig Equipments. 7. Sr. Electrician- Minimum 10-15 Years of expertise in the drilling industry and must have worked on 3000HP rigs with vast knowledge in VFD and SCR systems.
