Job Description
TOS People is recruiting experienced maritime professionals for various positions onboard FPSO (Floating Production, Storage and Offloading) vessels, FSO units, large offshore vessels, and tankers.
Candidates must have relevant experience in the same rank and on a similar vessel type, with a strong commitment to safety, professional conduct, and effective communication in an offshore working environment.

Key Responsibilities
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Perform duties according to the assigned rank and area of responsibility.
- Ensure safe and efficient vessel operations in compliance with company procedures.
- Maintain equipment, machinery, and working areas as applicable to the position.
- Follow onboard safety procedures and participate in emergency drills.
- Maintain professional communication and cooperate with officers, crew members, and offshore personnel.
- Comply with applicable maritime regulations and environmental requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the same rank and on the same or similar vessel type: FSO, FPSO, large offshore vessel, or tanker.
- Good English communication skills.
- Valid BOSIET, FOET, and AOT/BOCT certificates, as specified in the vacancy announcement.
- Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC), relevant STCW certificates, and position-specific qualifications, where applicable.
- Valid offshore medical certificate and seafarer documents.
- Crane Operator applicants must hold the relevant crane operator certification.
- Officer applicants must hold the appropriate Certificate of Competency for their rank.
- Ability to work safely and effectively in an offshore environment.
