• Relevant qualifications and technical experience for the position
• Area Manager, HRD Supervisor & Maintenance Supervisor: Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1)
• Rig Mechanic & Assistant Driller: Minimum SMK/SMA
• Minimum 2 years of experience for applicable positions
• IADC/APPS certification required for selected roles
• OUPS Certificate required for Assistant Driller
• Candidates must meet the relevant technical and operational requirements for the position
