Job Description
Drilltech Offshore (OPC) Private Limited is currently recruiting experienced onshore drilling rig personnel for Oil & Gas operations in Kuwait.
The company is seeking qualified drilling, mechanical, and electrical professionals for long-term assignments on onshore rigs. Candidates will be responsible for supporting safe and efficient drilling operations while maintaining strict compliance with company HSE standards and operational procedures.
Face-to-face interviews are scheduled for the first week of September.

Job Responsibilities
Depending on the assigned position, duties may include:
- Perform drilling, maintenance, mechanical, or electrical duties according to the assigned role.
- Support safe and efficient onshore rig operations.
- Supervise and coordinate drilling crews where applicable.
- Operate and maintain drilling equipment and machinery.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems.
- Assist with pipe handling, floor operations, and drilling activities.
- Participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings, and emergency drills.
- Ensure compliance with company HSE procedures and Oil & Gas industry standards.
- Maintain equipment and operational readiness throughout the assignment.
Requirements
General Requirements
- Previous experience on onshore drilling rigs in the relevant position.
- Relevant Oil & Gas drilling experience and technical qualifications.
- Position-specific certifications and training as applicable.
- Strong understanding of rig safety procedures and HSE requirements.
- Good English communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in rotational drilling environments.
- Physically and medically fit for rig operations.
- Strong teamwork, discipline, and professional attitude.
Position-Specific Requirements
Senior Toolpusher / Night Toolpusher
- Proven experience supervising drilling operations and rig crews.
- Strong knowledge of drilling procedures, rig equipment, and HSE requirements.
Driller / Assistant Driller
- Proven experience operating and assisting with drilling operations.
- Good knowledge of rig floor equipment and drilling procedures.
Mechanic / Assistant Mechanic
- Relevant mechanical qualification or trade certification.
- Experience maintaining drilling rig machinery and mechanical systems.
Electrician / Assistant Electrician
- Relevant electrical qualification.
- Experience with rig electrical systems, generators, and distribution equipment.
Derrickman
- Previous experience in derrick and drilling operations.
- Familiarity with tubular handling and derrick equipment.
Floorman
- Previous drilling rig floor experience preferred.
- Knowledge of pipe handling, rig-floor operations, and safe working practices.
Employment Details

- Salary: KWD 160–1,000/month, according to position
