Job Description
We are currently recruiting experienced offshore personnel for an upcoming long-term offshore project in India. Mobilization is scheduled to commence after the monsoon season in September, and all required documentation and pre-employment formalities should be completed prior to deployment.
We are seeking qualified candidates for the following positions:
- CTO / Tower Operator
- Tensioner & A&R Winch Operator
- Mechanic
- Electrician
- Crane Operator
- Rigger Supervisor / Foreman
- Rigger Leaderman
- Rigger
- Scaffolder Foreman
- Scaffolder / Rigger
The project is open to all nationalities. Candidates with relevant offshore construction, installation, or heavy lifting experience will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Operate and maintain assigned equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform duties in accordance with project procedures and HSE standards.
- Conduct routine inspections and report equipment defects or operational issues.
- Coordinate effectively with supervisors and other project personnel to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and offshore safety regulations throughout the project.
Requirements
- Valid STCW certificates (where applicable)
- Valid medical fitness certificate
- Good English communication skills
- Open to all nationalities
- Previous offshore experience in a similar position is preferred
- Relevant trade certificates, licenses, or competency certificates for the applied position
