Job Description

We are hiring experienced onshore drilling professionals to join ongoing and upcoming workover and drilling operations. Selected candidates will be responsible for executing safe and efficient drilling/workover activities, supervising rig operations, handling equipment, and ensuring compliance with HSE standards and company procedures.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with solid onshore rig experience and valid well control certification.

Open Positions

Supervisory Roles

• Tool Pusher – 1 position (Minimum 10+ years experience)
• Tour Pusher (NTP) – 2 positions (Minimum 5+ years experience)

Drilling Crew

• Driller – 4 positions (Minimum 5+ years experience)
• Assistant Driller – 4 positions (Minimum 4+ years experience)
• Derrickman / Topman – 4 positions (Minimum 3+ years experience)
• Floorman / Rigman – 4 positions (Minimum 2+ years experience)

General Requirements

• Proven onshore workover or drilling experience in the applied position
• Valid IWCF or IADC Well Control Certificate (as applicable to role)
• Medically fit and in good physical condition for rig work
• Strong knowledge of rig operations, safety procedures, and equipment handling
• Experience with contractor fishing tools will be an added advantage
• Ability to work in a team-oriented and safety-critical environment
