Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Plan and supervise onshore wireline or drilling operations
• Ensure all field activities comply with HSE and company standards
• Manage maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of wireline tools and drilling equipment
• Support the development and training of junior staff
• Prepare operational reports and maintain technical documentation

Requirements:
• Valid technical and safety certifications relevant to the position
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Must have prior experience in onshore oil & gas exploration projects
• Role-specific experience requirements:
Manager – Wireline: Minimum 15 years of experience in wireline operations and team leadership
Engineer – Wireline: Minimum 5 years of experience in open-hole or cased-hole logging
Engineer – Wireline Maintenance: Minimum 8 years of experience maintaining wireline tools and systems
Directional Driller: Minimum 10 years of experience in directional drilling using RSS tools
