Location: Tenerife, Spain (Onshore Drilling Operations)
Marriott Drilling is expanding operations in Tenerife and is seeking skilled and motivated personnel to join our onshore drilling teams. The project involves well drilling and related field operations conducted under established drilling, maintenance, and HSE standards.
Candidates must demonstrate strong teamwork, safe work practices, and prior experience in drilling or well operations. This is a field-based operational role requiring physical readiness and adherence to structured operational workflows.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
• Executing daily drilling and support activities in line with operational plans
• Ensuring compliance with HSE, permit-to-work, and safety procedures
• Monitoring and maintaining equipment functionality and worksite organization
• Participating in daily toolbox talks and operational briefings
• Coordinating effectively with supervisors and other drilling crew personnel

• Valid oil & gas medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Previous drilling, rig, or well services operational experience (role-dependent)
• Relevant trade or competency certifications where applicable
• EU Nationals or candidates with the right to work in the EU are preferred
