Job Description

We are currently seeking experienced Oil & Gas professionals for a major Offshore Drilling Project in Abu Dhabi. This long-term international drilling campaign offers an attractive 42 Days ON / 28 Days OFFrotation, competitive employment conditions, and the opportunity to work within a strong safety-focused offshore environment.

Successful candidates will join a professional offshore drilling team supporting rig operations, drilling performance, equipment maintenance, well construction activities, and offshore support services.

Key Responsibilities

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Supporting safe and efficient offshore drilling operations.
• Maintaining compliance with HSE policies and international offshore standards.
• Operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting drilling and support equipment.
• Coordinating with offshore teams to achieve project objectives safely and efficiently.
• Ensuring accurate reporting, documentation, and operational communication.

Requirements

• Valid offshore certifications relevant to the position.
• Medical fitness certificate.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Previous offshore Oil & Gas experience in the applied role.
• Experience on offshore drilling rigs preferred.
• Ability to work in rotational offshore environments.
• Strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.
