Job Description:
A leading recruitment agency, International Overseas Services, is urgently hiring skilled professionals for oil & gas projects in the Middle East. The roles involve construction, maintenance, fabrication, and technical operations in industrial environments. Candidates must be experienced in their respective trades and ready to attend scheduled interviews and deploy based on project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Execute assigned technical and mechanical tasks as per role (rigging, fabrication, electrical, HVAC, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures
• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members on-site operations
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe condition
Requirements:
• Valid technical certifications relevant to position (e.g., Rigger certified, LEAA/APLO, DME, NDT Level 1, etc.)
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• UAE License required for Crane Operators and Trailer Drivers
• Proven experience in similar role within oil & gas or industrial projects

• GRE / GRP Pipe Fitter
• Hydrotest Fitter
• Pipe Fabricator
• Gardner (Indoor)
• Chargehand (Scaffold / Hydrotest / Welding / GRE / GRP)
• Lifting Supervisor (LEAA / APLO preferred)
• Rigging Foreman (Appointed Person) – Salary: 8500 DHS/month
• Foreman – Fabrication Welding & Machining (DME + NDT-L1) – Salary: 10500 DHS/month
• Heavy Auto Electrician (with AC Repair)
• Assistant HVAC Technician (DX/AHU)
• Crane Operator (Mobile / Crawler) – UAE License required
• Trailer Driver – UAE License required
Employment Details:
• Contract Duration: As per project requirements
• Salary: Competitive (specified roles from 8500–10500 DHS/month)
