Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise offshore well operations in compliance with regulatory, operator, and HSE standards
• Ensure proper execution of well programs, completions, interventions, drilling, or testing activities
• Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams for daily reporting and operational alignment
• Manage service contractors and ensure availability of required equipment and materials
• Troubleshoot operational issues and provide technical solutions in real time
• Uphold safe work practices and enforce strict adherence to safety protocols

Requirements:
• Proven experience in the relevant position within offshore Oil & Gas operations
• Background in Deepwater, Subsea, DTU, or Sarawak operations (depending on the role)
• Strong understanding of well engineering, drilling, completion, or intervention processes
• Valid offshore certifications (e.g., BOSIET/FOET, medical, role-specific tickets)
• Strong command of English (spoken and written)
• Ability to work under pressure and in challenging offshore environments
