Job Description:
A leading Structural Steel, Fabrication & Painting company in the UAE is urgently hiring skilled fabrication and supervisory personnel for oil gas long-term projects. Free recruitment with immediate departure for selected candidates. Client interview will be conducted in Navi Mumbai. Candidates with experience in structural steel fabrication, welding, and scaffolding operations are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Structural steel fabrication, fitting, and assembly works
• Supervision of fabrication, welding, and scaffolding activities onsite
• Reading and interpreting fabrication drawings and project specifications
• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards during operations
• Coordination of workforce and daily production activities

Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Previous experience in Structural Steel / Fabrication projects preferred
• Gulf/UAE experience will be an advantage
• Relevant supervisory experience required for Foreman and Supervisor positions
