Job Description:
We are currently recruiting experienced oil and gas professionals for multiple positions with our client in Oman. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading drilling operation supporting complex well construction and intervention projects.
We are looking for highly skilled candidates with specialized experience in drilling, managed pressure drilling, coiled tubing drilling (CTD), underbalanced drilling (UBD), and well control operations. Successful applicants will work in a challenging environment while maintaining the highest standards of safety, operational excellence, and technical performance.

Requirements:
- Experience with Motor and Rotary Steerable System (RSS) operations.
Tool Pusher
Requirements:
- Proven Coiled Tubing Drilling (CTD) experience.
Driller
Requirements:
- Proven Coiled Tubing Drilling (CTD) experience.
CTD Engineer
Requirements:
- Experience with Coil Scan systems.
UBD Supervisor
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Underbalanced Drilling (UBD) operations.
- Expertise in planning and executing UBD projects.
- Experience with surface package management.
- Strong well control knowledge.
- Ability to coordinate with drilling and well testing teams.
Choke Operator
Requirements:
- Strong experience operating hydraulic choke systems.
- Expertise in pressure control and well clean-up operations.
- Experience with flowback management.
- Knowledge of UBD and well testing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Performing drilling and well intervention operations safely and efficiently.
- Operating and maintaining specialized drilling equipment according to company procedures.
- Ensuring compliance with HSE standards and international oil and gas regulations.
- Monitoring operational performance and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary drilling and well services teams.
Requirements:
- Valid technical certifications applicable to the position.
- Valid Medical Fitness Certificate.
- Good English communication skills.
- Relevant oil and gas industry experience according to the position.
- Strong understanding of drilling safety procedures and operational standards.
- Ability to work in a multinational team environment.
