Job Description
We are urgently seeking experienced professionals to join drilling and workover projects in Bahrain. Candidates must meet the specified educational, certification, and experience requirements for their respective positions.

Position
Minimum Qualification & Experience
Toolpusher
Engineering graduate preferred; IWCF / IADC certification. Minimum 10 years of drilling experience, including at least 2 years in the current position.
Night Toolpusher
Engineering graduate preferred; IADC / IWCF certification. Minimum 8 years of drilling experience, including at least 2 years in the current position.
Driller
Secondary school certificate or equivalent; IWCF / IADC certification. Minimum 7 years of drilling experience, including at least 2 years in the current position.
Assistant Driller
Secondary school certificate or equivalent; IWCF / IADC certification. Minimum 5 years of drilling experience, including at least 2 years in the current position.
Drilling Safety Officer
Bachelor's degree or Diploma; B.Sc. in Fire & Safety; NEBOSH certification. Minimum 4 years of drilling experience, including at least 2 years in the current position.
Derrickman
Secondary school certificate or equivalent. Minimum 4 years of drilling experience, including at least 2 years in the current position.
Floorman
Secondary school certificate or equivalent. Minimum 3 years of drilling experience, including at least 2 years in the current position.
Key Responsibilities
As per company and project requirements, duties may include:
Supervising and performing drilling and workover operations.
Coordinating rig crews and monitoring daily operational activities.
Ensuring compliance with drilling procedures and well-control standards.
Maintaining safe working conditions and implementing HSE requirements.
Reporting operational issues and supporting efficient rig performance.
Requirements
Meet the educational requirements specified for the applied position.
Hold valid IWCF / IADC certifications where required.
Have the minimum drilling experience stated for the relevant position.
Have at least 2 years of experience in the current position.
Demonstrate knowledge of drilling operations and workplace safety.
