Typical Requirements
Drilling Personnel
Previous experience in drilling operations
Experience on land rigs or offshore rigs preferred
Well Control / IWCF certification may be required depending on the role
Engineers & Specialists
Relevant engineering degree or technical qualification
Oil & gas industry experience in the same discipline
Geologists
Experience in exploration, drilling support, and wellsite geology
Knowledge of geological reporting and data interpretation
Rig Mechanics & Electricians
Experience maintaining drilling equipment, engines, power systems, and rig machinery
Relevant trade certificates
HSE Officers
NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent safety certification preferred
Strong knowledge of oil & gas safety standards
