Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, duties may include but are not limited to:
• Overseeing safe and efficient drilling operations
• Maintaining and operating drilling equipment
• Supervising and mentoring junior crew members
• Performing preventive maintenance and troubleshooting
• Ensuring compliance with all HSE and operational procedures

Requirements:
• Relevant experience in onshore drilling roles
• Valid offshore/onshore certifications as applicable
• EU nationality or right to work in the EU preferred
• Strong English communication skills
• Commitment to safety and teamwork
